Everything you need to know to simulate markets, generate AI personas, and extract actionable insights.
1. Introduction to Market Pilot
Welcome to Market Pilot, the enterprise AI simulation platform that allows you to test pricing, product features, and marketing messages against synthetic populations of AI agents before committing real-world resources.
Instead of spending weeks and thousands of dollars on focus groups or surveys, Market Pilot lets you create AI Personas that accurately mimic your target audience. You can simulate product launches, survey their willingness-to-pay (WTP), and gather deep psychological insights in minutes.
2. Creating a Project
A Project is the core container for your market research. It holds your hypotheses, target audiences, and simulation results.
- Navigate to the Projects tab in your Dashboard.
- Click Create Project and define your industry, market location, and initial hypotheses.
- Once created, you can attach specific Audiences and run multiple Simulation Scenarios within this project.
3. Defining Your Audience
Before you can simulate a market response, you need to define who is responding. Market Pilot uses multi-dimensional joint-trait modeling to create highly accurate synthetic segments.
How to build an Audience:
- Go to the Audiences tab and select Create Segment.
- Define the demographics (e.g., Age 25-34, Income $50k-$80k).
- Set behavioral traits (e.g., Early Adopter, Price Sensitive).
- The engine will automatically generate hundreds of unique AI Personas that fit this exact profile.
4. Running a Simulation
With your Project and Audience ready, it's time to run a Simulation.
Market Pilot prevents LLM "sycophancy" (AI always saying 'Yes') by enforcing strict logical and financial constraints. If a persona has a strict budget, they will reject your product if it's too expensive, just like a real human.
- Select Run Simulation from your Project dashboard.
- Input your product details, price points, and marketing messages.
- The system will asynchronously interview thousands of AI Personas using our Smart Fallback Provider Chain (Groq, OpenAI, Gemini).
5. Analyzing Results
Once the simulation completes, head over to the Analytics tab. Here you will find:
- Purchase Intent: What percentage of the market will actually buy?
- Average WTP (Willingness to Pay): The optimal price point for maximum revenue.
- Decision Psychology: The primary purchase drivers and top customer objections extracted directly from the AI's internal reasoning.
You can also export full JSON/CSV reports for deep-dive statistical validation.
6. Security & Privacy
Market Pilot is built for enterprise-grade security.
- Zero-Retention Policy: Your proprietary scenarios and transaction data are never used to train public models.
- API Security: All LLM API keys are safely managed in the backend server's isolated environment.
- 2FA Support: You can enable Two-Factor Authentication from your Profile Settings.
