By accessing or using the Market Pilot platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Use of AI Simulation Engine
You agree to use the Market Pilot simulation engine responsibly. You may not use the platform to generate illegal, hateful, or discriminatory content. The synthetic personas and output analytics are provided "as-is" and Market Pilot makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of synthetic market predictions in the real world.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Market Pilot and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
4. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
